The Board of Directors currently meets once per quarter. In the event of rescheduling, an E-Blast will be sent to the community and posted online. Community members are welcome to attend and listen to the meeting, as well as fill out a speaker card for homeowner input. The Board of Directors, of the McPherson Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc. has the responsibility and duty to make decisions and conduct business of the entire Association. As chosen leaders of the neighborhood Association, the Directors of the Board are responsible for setting a professional tone and maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct; that serves the best interest of the community as a whole. Each Director is expected to set aside any personal agenda, serve for the benefit of the entire Association, and adhere to a Code of Conduct. With that said, your Board of Directors has identified the values of Meaningful work, Responsibility and Accountability, and Community Cooperation as your values for McPherson Ranch. We hope that all of the residents are confident in the success of the upcoming year!
