4/02/21 Good afternoon and happy Friday McPherson Ranch residents! The Board of Directors will hold an open boar meeting next week on Tuesday, April 6th starting at 6:30PM. It will be held via Zoom. Below is the log in information for those of you who wish to attend. Topics of discussion will include current financial report, restocking of fish for the pond, security for the pool house, pool opening and more. FYI, the pool is scheduled to open May 8th at this time. With this said, the Board is wanting to put together a pool committee for the 2021 season. The HOA is looking for individuals who may be interested in volunteering. The roles and responsibilities of those volunteers will be discussed at the meeting also. If you are unable to make the meeting, feel free to email me for details next week.
Also, an inspection of the Community was conducted on March 18th. Some homeowners may have received an envelope with nothing more than a cover page. The mailing partner that has always been used was performing a system upgrade around the same time that caused some orders placed to not be sent out properly. They apologized and have already re-mailed the notices out at no additional cost since the malfunction was on their end. Most of the violations were due to weeds in the lawn, or grass/weeds in the flower bed. However, if you need to know what the violation was for, you can log in to the NMI web portal, or send an email to me and I will look it up for you.
